How the Guarantee Works

If you believe your wig does not look as it should, here’s the process:

1. Claim Window – You have 48 hours from the time your wig is delivered(confirmed by signature tracking) to submit a claim. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

2. Refresh Upon Arrival – Because shipping can compromise the style, every wig must be refreshed before a claim can be made.

• When submitting a claim, you must include:

• Photos and videos of the wig after refreshing it

• Details of what products you used

• Details of what styling tools you used (brand, size, and heat setting if adjustable)

These details are required to help us fully understand the issue.

3. Lighting & Color – Wig colors may appear differently depending on lighting:

• LED/ring light (used in our photos) shows the most accurate color.

• Indoor home lighting often adds a yellow tone.

• Natural sunlight can make colors appear brighter.

Because of this, refunds cannot be issued based on color variations caused by lighting differences.

4. Styles Must Be Retouched – All human hair wigs need a light touch-up after shipping. If you prefer not to style the unit yourself, we recommend visiting a stylist.

If a Return is Needed

If, after refreshing and providing proof, you still believe the wig does not match your order:

• We will review your photos/videos to confirm the issue.

• If we approve the return, you have 24 hours to provide an active tracking number. If no tracking is provided within that window, the return request becomes void.

• Once we receive the wig, we immediately document it with video, photos, and/or a FaceTime call so you can see the exact condition of the unit when it arrives. This ensures full transparency and protects both you and us.

• We then refresh and restyle the unit ourselves for proof.

• If the wig matches the product photos on our site, a $50 restyling/service feewill apply. This fee is necessary because we must pause production to accommodate the review and restyling process.

• If the wig does not match the product photos on our site, we will issue a 100% refund.
